EventMeet Privacy Policy
EventMeet is operated by AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL MEDIA GROUP LLC. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we may collect when you use EventMeet, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we may collect
Name, email address, phone number, information about your orders and tickets, and technical information about your device and browser, such as browser type, approximate location derived from the connection, and the pages you open on our site.
How we use information
To create and secure your account, process orders, deliver tickets, protect the platform against fraud and abuse, provide customer support, and send required notices about events you have tickets for.
Optional first-party visit analytics
Only after you allow analytics, we record public pages, activity times, device category, referral host and campaign labels using a short-lived tab session identifier. Signed-in visits are linked to your account in an Owner-only report. This journal stores no IP address, private URL parameters, form contents, payment details or screen recordings. You can decline or withdraw using Analytics settings without affecting purchases or email/SMS consent. GPC and Do Not Track disable collection.
Payments
Payments are processed by payment providers, including Stripe. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s side. EventMeet does not store full bank card numbers or CVC codes.
Sharing with service providers
Information may be shared with service providers strictly to operate the platform: payment processing, message delivery, analytics and security. Information may also be disclosed where required to comply with the law or a lawful request.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on the purpose of the data and on contractual, tax and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or de-identified.
Your requests
You can contact us about access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at info@eventmeet.vip. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use security measures to reduce risk, including restricted internal access and encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is not intended for independent use by children under 13.
